Pictured are a few of my metalsmithing failures. Designs gone awry, melted bezels, solder globs, poor execution. Not everything I try works. Yet, I LEARN from those failures and improve, because I am willing to try new things. Someone once told me that if you didn’t make any mistakes, it just means you weren’t trying hard enough. These mishaps make me a better artist. When you fall down, brush off the dirt, get up and move on.
